Private Lamb or Goat Processing
Our processing fee is $150 per head, which includes your preferred cuts professionally prepared and vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience. We also offer specialty options such as gyro meat for an additional charge. Drop-offs are every Tuesday before 12:00 PM. To secure your appointment, please call, text, or email us with the number of lambs or goats you plan to bring, your name, and a reliable phone number where we can reach you to confirm your drop-off.

Venison Processing
Venison processing is $180 per deer, which includes your custom cuts expertly prepared and vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and flavor. We also offer to carefully preserve your cape so you can proudly keep your trophy for an additional $50. Drop-offs are welcome anytime during our regular business hours, with a $50 deposit required at drop-off to secure your order. We’re committed to handling your harvest with the care and quality it deserves!
